‘ASM Global’ stated that Gorchov, a 30-year veteran in the sports and entertainment industry, has decades of experience working in the NFL stadiums and sports arenas. In addition to his time as the General Manager of the 76,125-capacity Empower Field at Mile High in Denver (US), Gorchov also led the 63,400-capacity State Farm Stadium in Arizona in its most successful years in the building’s history, which included the successful hosting of Super Bowl LVII (2023), the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Men’s Final Four (2017 and 2024), international soccer, and hundreds of other major concerts, events and activities.

The 65,000-capacity Allegiant Stadium is a domed multipurpose stadium located in Paradise, Nevada (US), Southwest of adjacent Las Vegas. Opened in 2020, it is the home field of the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL).

‘ASM Global’ further stated that in his role as the General Manager, Gorchov will oversee day-to-day operations at the 65,000-capacity venue, including the overall management, promotion and operation of the facility. Responsibilities include purchasing, booking, marketing, finance, human resources, box office, advertising, production, maintenance, parking, security, emergency and crisis management, and more.
