Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Strategic Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing high-value partnerships with leading stadium and arena business brands, ensuring they are optimally positioned at our summits. You will leverage your networking skills and industry knowledge to secure sponsorships that align with our mission and deliver exceptional value to our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key industry players and potential sponsors.
• Develop tailored sponsorship packages that align with brand goals and summit objectives.
• Successfully secure sponsorship agreements and consistently meet or exceed defined revenue objectives for each summit.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring their brand presence is maximized and strategically positioned.
• Collaborate with the events team to integrate sponsor activations seamlessly into the summit experience.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities to enhance partnership offerings.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to sponsors, ensuring long-term relationship success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the events or sports industry.
• Strong networking abilities with a track record of securing high-value partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
