Satisfi Labs, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered conversational experience platform for destinations and experiences, has acquired the omnichannel marketing automation platform Factoreal.

‘PhocusWire’ stated that the terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Tampa (US)-based Satisfi Labs is transforming the customer experience landscape with its patent-pending AI Chat platform, integrated with the Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities. Offering optional live chat through their Bridge Live Chat, Satisfi Labs enable businesses to engage their audiences more intelligently and efficiently than ever before. By leveraging advanced AI and data analytics, Satisfi Labs not only delivers exceptional conversational experiences but also provides businesses the control and flexibility they need to uphold their brand’s integrity.

Factoreal helps the sports and entertainment businesses convert every casual fan into a super fan. It helps in unifying the fan data, consolidate the tech stack and drive engagement and revenue. Factoreal thrive on innovation, simplicity and team work. At Factoreal, every member of the team is empowered to promote positive change, grow professionally and build an environment where all can thrive. The team is passionate and care for people who are enthusiastic about helping each other succeed.

‘PhocusWire’ further stated that Satisfi said the acquisition will improve customer engagement powered by conversational AI technology for its more than 500 clients that include destination marketing organizations, zoos, museums, and attractions. The capabilities will include the AI agents that can manage multichannel actions that are triggered by the user behavior.

The company also said Factoreal’s application programming interface (API)-first integration network with brands like Shopify (E-commerce company), SeatGeek (mobile-focused ticket platform) and Ticketmaster (ticket sales and distribution company) will enhance its partner ecosystem.

An application programming interface (API) is a way for two or more computer programs or components to communicate with each other. It is a type of software interface, offering a service to the other pieces of software.

Enthused Donny White, Co-Founder and head honcho of Satisfi Labs, “We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of Factoreal to bring a more interactive AI experience to our client base. This move aligns with our mission to ‘make AI hireable’ and deploy the AI agents that go beyond answering questions or transacting in chat. Conversational journey management enables proactive and reactive marketing campaigns triggered by realtime intent data, boosting engagement opportunities.”

Concluded Aditya Dhruva, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Factoreal, “Factoreal and Satisfi Labs coming together ushers in a new era of omnichannel journey orchestration powered by the exploding nature of conversational AI capabilities. Imagine a world where conversational AI is with you on the right channel, at the right time with the right message – making it pervasive, efficient, seamless, and global is our vision.”
